216,235 6 cylinder headers are absolutely the finest headers on the
market. Period! They looked at what was currently available and decided
that they could do better, much better. They've eliminated the
individual
leak prone flanges and designed their own 1 piece flange, precision cut
from from heavy 5/16" steel. (3/8" for their Chevy headers) to resist
warping.
They added welded O-rings around each port to eliminate leaks. Plus,
all
of their headers are fixture welded and made from mandrel bent tubing
to
ensure precise fit. Hot Rod's is so confident in their headers that
they
are the only manufacturer to offer a full 1 year warranty and all of
their
headers and they are made right here in the good old' USA.

took everything they knew about building a quality header and applied
it
here. Hot Rod's Chevy 216,235,261 6 cylinder headers fits all 1937 thru
62
Chevrolet 216/235,261 and has all the same outstanding features as
their
flat
head header plus they've really upgraded the design over all other
Chevy
6 cylinder headers available in the free world. The flanges are
one
piece, 3/8" thick laser cut steel to eliminate warping and ensure
proper mating
of
the intake manifold and header. They use all the original hardware and
include a pair of collector flanges to make attaching your exhaust as
easy
as possible. We offer them in either a high temp painted finish or
metallic ceramic
thermal
barrier coating, and now polished 304
Stainless Steel.
